POSTNET - CROSSINGS SHOPPING CENTRE MADIBA STREET

My mother gave me a cell phone contract taken out by her and it is time to upgrade she took the Samsung galaxy s3 mini and make use of Postnet Crossing shopping center Madiba Road Nelspruit overnight delivery service, she lives in Nelspruit and I'm living inGauteng on the 3rd of September 2013, the official, who works at the above-mentioned Postnet packed the phone and there was a payment made in respect of the delivery costs, there was no offered insurance by the official. The following day, the above-mentioned Postnet tell us that the delivary vehicle was hijack. There was a SAPS case number requested for insurance purposes. Unfortunately, the above mentioned Postnet could not provide a SAPS case number, and the above-mentioned Postnet changed their story and said that there are only a few parcels. Still unsuccessful with a SAPS case number. now I have to pay for something that was so I want every person who make use of a Postnet just to be careful before you post something. The above Postnet just pulling up their sholders and is very nasty with my mother when she confronted them
