DELIVERY WITHOUT ID

I have sold a Playstation 3 through OLX. Received a SMS from ABSA Bank that the money was deposited into my bank account. The buyer asked me if I can send the PS3 for overnight delivery via Postnet. I send it from Postnet Secunda to Postnet Melrose Arch. The next day the buyer reversed his payment. I phoned Postnet Melrose Arch and asked them not to hand out the parcel. They informed me that the parcel was already collected and can you believe it... not by the buyer but another persone without an ID number.
Thats weird, the buyer cancelled his deposit and Postnet give the parcel to somebody else without an ID number. IS THIS COINCIDENCE OR AN INSIDE JOB?
