More money taken off account!!!

Utterly Disgusted: we returned the rental car on the 6th SEPTEMBER!!! and ANOTHER amount of R110.00 has been removed from our bank account. Investec is taking the case to their division and I am lodging ANOTHER complaint with the National Consumer commission. Why ANOTHER amount!!??
