Top Notch Cra Rental is the WORST!!!

Dear Consumers,

STAY AWAY from Top Notch Car Rental. My experience with them was so awful that for the first time in my life, I have actually taken the time out of my busy schedule to sit down and wrirte this complaint. As one, from the person who answers the telephone to the rental agent and management staff, they are rude, snooty and dishonest. There was a dispute on my credit card for an excess amount which I and Nedbank Credit Card Division noted that they had taken off and instead of simply handling my query, I was berated and spoken to like a simpleton when the error was theirs!! They even contacted my bank manager and were incredibly rude to him. This is a den of liars and posers - not a car rental company!! Consumers BEWARE!!!
