First Car Wont Return R 12, 251 of my money

First Car Rental took not one but TWO Deposits of R6, 801.00 AND the last one was taken out of my account a day after the car had been returned. Now they were holding R 13, 602. The invoice (RA 1734722) amount was only R 1, 351. After a long fight and after sending my account into overdraft (I had to pay those fees and face the consequences) they returned R12, 251.00 (less the invoice amount). This meant not having access to my company funds at the Easter weekend. I thought it was all over when they returned the money. Now suddenly, weeks later they've illegally taken R 12, 251.00 out of my account without any explanation. They won't return it because an accounts person called Marike is confused past her point of understanding! She says it was a mistake to give me back the R 12, 251 but can't explain how come I owe them all this money for a car returned weeks ago and that cost only R 1, 351. HELP I need my money desperately. The customer care woman Jenny Lang promised to get back to me "immediately". That was hours ago and now I face another weekend without my money. I've written to the CEO Bruce Barritt. The way I see it there is no reason why I should not lay a charge of!
