Tried to cheat client with cheaper parts

A lighting kit (CANBUS PRO) was bought from SEE-DAT on the 23rd of October, on delivery of the expected kit it found the CANBUS DUO was sent instead. After immediate contact with Irshaad his response 04 November 2013 02:25 PM via email was "The canbus kit will work same as the pro so no worries.". Further email from Irshaad on 05 November 2013 10:10 AM was "The canbus kit I sent you is from the same factory, just different ballast and Works 100% the same." There was no apology for the wrong product makes me wonder why would he purposefully ship out the wrong product. The delay in swapping out the product is unacceptable, with arrangement made for 4pm 12 November, which he only confirmed after 4h30pm. I went to swap out the item the next day and his contact was unavailable. Poor service, wrong products, delays and rude emails is all I have experienced from SEE-DAT, I recommend everyone to stay clear and not trust them and not depart with your money as there is a possibility they wont want to rectify the issue. If SEE-DAT wanted to correct this matter they would have contacted me as they have my number and address, why haven't you done so already?
