IC Auto/ Nissan is Racially Profiling it clients

I took my vehicle to IC Auto last week as it does not start and idle. The vehicle was checked and i was told it has two faulty sensors and they are covered under the warranty. This lady Judy tells me that the parts are unavailable and that i can pick up my vehicle - she will phone me when the parts are available? I asked her how can i collect this car and keep using it with in this state as the car doesn't want to run (half the engine is firing). She tells me "it should be fine - your not going far." I was very uncomfortable with this idea have since investigated it. What i found out is that some clients in similar cases are given a healthy loan vehicle by Nissan on the spot? ( Vehicles are kept in the workshop until the parts arrive and repairs are done>How is it that i was told to bring my car back when I'm called. The last straw now is that the service driver that dropped me of in the morning(@Office) is not allowed to come collect me because it's outside 10Kilometer radius? Once again this is because the driver would have told me in the morning if there was a problem with dropping me at the office? Checked with other Nissan owners and it amazing how different experiences R.
