TIMEOUS DELIVERY

I ordered a product via [URL Removed] and on the 7th of November 2013 (evening) I was told my delivery would be done on the 8th of November 2013.

On the morning of the 8th November 2013 I called FedEx office and enquired if my delivery was out for delivery today and it was.

During the course of the day, I called and the helpful consultant found out with the driver where he is and relayed the information to me.

The driver came to my address, but I was not there as it is a Friday, and we are gone out for prayer. The driver came back in the afternoon according to the time stipulated and delivered my item.

He was friendly and not irritated that he had to come back to give my my order. He was also very knowledgeable about the area that I was in and he understood very quickly where I was located.
