I paid to send a parcel to Carletonville on Thursday (7 November 2013) for overnight delivery to reach its destination on Friday (8 November 2013).

I had to follow up because nobody contacted me, to notify me or my wife that they cannot find the address. When I enquired on Friday, the person told me that the driver forgot his phone at the office, so he cannot be reached, and therefore could not contact the receiver to ask for directions. How original...

The parcel finally reached its destination (Monday 11 Nov 2013) after I contacted the driver and gave him directions. Does the drivers not have GPS or is it not the responsibility of the driver to look for the address before even leaving the office?

I think this was unacceptable and would arreciate it if somebody could contact me in this regard.
