Fedex driver menace on the road

I would like to complain about one of the FEDEX drivers who was driving recklessly and irresponsibly.
License plate number: CG47RB GP.
The date is 26/04/2013. The time was between 7h30am and 8h00 in the morning. This all occurred on Modderfontein road east bound.
The driver was speeding, in both the slow and fast lane.
He was driving right up behind my vehicle.
He changes lanes without indicating. He attempted to cut me off when I was over taking and jumped a red light.
The driver is clearly unfit for his position as a driver and should be removed from the road. He is a menace.
