I am irate and disgusted at the way this branch is handling my repairs. My CROSSPOLO was booked in on the 14/11/2012.From that date i have been misled & misinformed, before you go & investigate the days that the car went for what, i already know as i have been constantly NAGGING everyone @ that branch (Charles, Sian, Kendra, Joe, Larry). It went in for hail damage-from then till now they have been screwing things up rather than fixing it.i was told on the 3/1/13 that ALL the parts have arrived, i can collect on the 7th, on the 7th no1 called me (AS USUAL) so i called them to ask what time i should come, the car was not ready-this has carried on twice a week since then!! on the 22/1/13 i called AGAIN, i was told it will be ready on the 25th.my fiance went to have alook @ the car early that morning-apart from the disgusting workmanship, they have inserted POLO 1.4 badges, silicone visible everywere, glass is chipped. What were they doing for almost 3 MONTHS? We have given them enough time and chances and i cannot go on like this anymore!! Just yesterday my finace' went back to them and the vehicle still has 3 dents on it (but they have resprayed it?)Trims are missing, etc. I can go on and on!
