I was involved in an accident in March, My insurance was debating who had to pay - which carried on for almost 2 months. My car was eventually taken to Danmar in Sandton for repairs. It stood there for another month as Danmar did not get the authorization to start with the repairs. I am residing in Cape Town and communication is not good at the best of times.
I went to Danmar in Sandton to follow-up on the situation. On arriving there, the friendly staff directed me to the correct person immediately with a cup of coffee. From there things seemed to happen quick and seamless. Vasthi called frequently to update me on the progress and went out of her way to assist in a number of arrangement issues. Through her special arrangements were made for additional work that had to be done to the vehicle. Thank you Vashti!
When my vehicle was ready for collection, Denise went out of her way to make arrangements with a towing company to collect the vehicle and transport it to a Mercedes Dealer. She made all the payment arrangements and ensured the car was safely collected and delivered to the garage. Thank you!
