Vaal Toyota Sasolburg
INCORRECT INFO

I requested Vaal Toyota to send me a quote for my service and they ignored me. I then phoned them and the lady in the services department quoted me R1200 VAT incl for the service. I requested the quote on paper to which they did not respond. I phoned again today to book my car for the service and was SHOCKED when they now suddenly (within a few days) quoted me R2000 VAT incl. I asked them why suddenly there is an R800 descrepancy to which they said there must have been an error.

Very very disappointed and with all the complaints about Toyota it doesn't even surprise me. Have always been very loyal to Toyota and have only owned Toyota's, but I will definately start looking elsewhere and advise others to do the same.
