A4 (ZLL 891 GP) Broken under maintance plan

My car Audi A4 had a problem on Sunday the 27 Jan 2013. I called on monday to take it in and i was told they are fully booked and they can only help me on wednesday but it was a breakdown where belt broke in the engine and powerstarring oil leaked and you cannot drive it. So they booked me for yesterday but it should be same time as i mentioned the thing was not a service but break down because the car cannot be driven. Now my problem is that they didnt borrow me a car because they bare waiting for number first now its two days i m not having a car and i use it at work. Meaning i cannot work because of their number. Now i was promised it will be fine tomorrow but first i was told it will take three weeks because parts are ordered from Germany. I m still going to sit for a day again tomorrow because they cannot borrow me a car for a car that is two year old now. This is causing me havouk at work now. Please help because now it will be a fourth day for me tomorrow being unable to perform my duties at work because of just a number that must release an alternative car for me to go to work and earn my money. I'm now frustrated because it is now three days i m without the car. Help
