Are Nissan milking the guarantee??

My vehicles battery packed up and Nissan sent me to Battery Centre to have it tested. As per Battery Centre it needs to be replaced. As per the guarantee conditions Nissan pays 50% in the second year. Battery Centre gave me a quote QTE13327 R 960.35 vat included. Nissan Menlyn wanted to charge me R 693.00. That means I would pay 72% and they would pay 28%. After phoning Adelaide Sibiya at Nissan South Africa (Who never returned my call) Nissan Menlyn dropped my portion to R 553-00. 57%, still not the 50% the guarantee says but much better. The problem is, Nissan will take my money, but can not give me an invoice. Only some handwriting on a job card. The worst is they charge me vat with no invoice or vat invoice (this must be against the law). I am still waiting for Nisan South Africa to call me back. Either they or the dealer ship wants to make extra money and the end customer must pay for there greed. If I must pay 50% according to the guarantee conditions I want to pay that.
