Shocking Nissan - NEVER Nissan again NEVER!!!

Since Dec 2005 i supported Nissan & bought my X-Trail through them, every year service got worse & worse. The latest: The x-trail would loose power when i applied the brakes or had my foot on the brakes for 60 seconds, when i switch the car of & re-start the power would be back.

I typed a detailed analyses of what happened to the car & what needs to be done with the car. On Thursday 21 February 2013 i took took the car in with my list. In this time i had to rent a car at about R 300/day. Today is 6 March 2013 i still don't have my car back. Although it was promised to be back here yesterday. Dealing with Charmaine and Hertzog was a disappointment. Constant phone calls with no feedback & when Hertzog told me that a new battery was flat & they cant test the alternator I had to make a plan. My driver picked up the battery tested it at battery center (no problem to battery). How can a new battery run down completely at Nissan? When i pressed them why they took so long i was told that i can get the car back and when prompted about the items on my list nobody gave me feedback or a quote as i requested. SHOCKING experience!!! Major cost to me for the rental & nissan could not care less!!
