19 days later and still no ca

I have been feed even more from Peter at Car Service City fourways, was told on monday I would have my car back and now it is thursday, I have had it with all of their and bad attitude. I have lodged a complaint with RMI and someone else has also and they are suing them. Do I have to report my car to get it back???
