Pathethic service

Sipho called me on the 26/07/13 @ 10:15 with regards to my last complaint, he said that he was going to call me back by the 02/08/13 and give me feed back as to how the problem is being sorted out. It's now the 07/08/13 and still hasn't contacted me even after leaving a message for him on the 06/08/13. This is the worst service ever, cell c should actually not ever have a customer service department cos it's of NO USE. The only time they get in contact is after a complaint is put up here on Hello Peter.
The 2nd issue is the Cell C head office switchboard, the girl that goes by the name of Gayyibah has an attitude. U call in an expect to be spoken to in a nice way but you be surprised with the kind of attitude the girl has.
