Do not replace a damaged tyre

I got a flatty in the Northern Cape. No tyre size in the surrounding towns. Had to repair the flatty - did not last long. I was not willing to wait 2-3 hours in son with the change to get robbed/attacked before a another car form Kimberley arrived. I drove back with that small spare tyre to Kimberley. I actually saved them costs not to bring me a replacement car. They feel *&^#
They are not willing to refund my cost to repair the flatty and the best of all: if I did replaced the flatty with a new tyre it was for my own pocket - although I had the tyre waiver. That is absolute ridiculous. They would rather drove 450 km to bring you a vehicle, but do not replace that tyre!!!
Strange people...
