Still waiting for car to be serviced

I called GM Fury Hyde Park 30.10.2013 to request booking for the 30 000 km service. I was advised that GM would send someone to pick my car up in the morning of 31.10.2013, latest 10am from my place of work in Parktown North. In the morning at 9:31 the service lady called to confirm this and advised that the driver would call me shortly to confirm my address and come to take my vehicle. It is now 13:00 and no one has called.
The last time my car was taken in for repairs by this same branch, first had to throw all my toys out the cot to get a courtesy car over a period of 4 days.

Does GM only assist clients when they get enraged or is service just not part of your business? It looks like selling poor quality cars and providing poor after sales service is what you excel in of late.
