BAD SERVICE!!

Good day,
I am an extremely unhappy customer. i went to the McCarthy dealership in Woodmead to register for the McCarthy race and the service i received was appalling! I stood there for half an hour without being acknowledged. The cashier "Stella" totally ignored me, she was on the phone chatting away with her friends and even when the workshop gentlemen asked her to assist me, she kept on ignoring me. I am very unhappy and the Midrand dealership provides better service, they were just offline today and couldn't assist me. This was a complete waste of time and petrol and i didn't even receive a T-shirt.
