No delivery, no one knows where delivery is at

I called skynet last week friday asking when myparcel will be delivered, i then spoke to collin who said it will be delivered on that day. Nothng came, i then made numerous calls yesterday, speaking to different people, either getting cut off or they just never come back to the call once they put u on hold. I asked to speak to the manager, tanya who said she will get back to me but i got no reply.

I have called again today, again another twenty times. They cut me off, or put me on hold again, or just transfer me to fastway courierss. When i spoke to Ryan at fastway he needed another ref no which i had to now get from skynet again. I just spoke to sophie from skynet, they donot seem to have this no that fastway requires. So right now, no one knows where my parcel is?

A real bunch of incompetant. How can know one know where it is.
