Terrible service and bad attitude

I wish to communicate with great disappointment the poor service we have received from your dealership on two occasions.
The 1st instance was when we came to service our Toyota Hilux Double Cab (NPS 69610) where interalia we requested a service book and we asked for your team to look into the ABS light that was always on. These were not attended to as we are still waiting for service book & the light is still on today. Moreover we had to take this car to another McCarthy dealership, where they picked up that this car has a water pump problem as well as other problems that were not picked up at your dealership.
The 2nd instance is when we brought in our Hilux VVTI bakkie on the 27th June 2013 for service. Even in this case we requested a service book and we are still waiting for it.
This car was brought in on the 27th and we got it back late on the 28th, amongst other things noticeable
was the car radio and park lights are still not working. Management don't care either... I wrote to them with no luck. I know this kind of service is not in line with what Toyota stands for... they are a shame to the Toyota and McCarthy brands.
