I must say when I was told of Audi West Rand's bad service, I was like it could not be as I had never used it, and always get the best service from Audi Jo'burg. lo and behold, I took my car in today to west rand and requested to be picked up by 14h00 as I had anticipated it to be ready by 15h00. car is ready by 14h00, they call me 1t 14h40 to be picked up by 15h00 and only get my car after 16h20. now, this would no have been a problem had I not been travelling, which I specifically informed the agent of. I guess at Audi one cusotmer is one too many and they have definiteily lost one in me. I will not be buying any Audi, and wish to inform those that read this that they do not care about clients at Audi West Rand. very much disappointed and will never use their services in a million years.
