DAMAGE COST

I rented a car with the company for a weekend. Im a loyal customer.unfortunately the car was scrached with some small dentt on the left front door.i told them about the damage after returning the car and one of the agents checked it and said they eill charge me less than a R1000.00 as its not a major damage. To my surprise, they charged me R5600, no communication made by them, i was actually the only person following up. They took advantage of december bonuses and took all the money that was in my credit card.

im so perbubed with the service that i got from AVIS AND I WILL NEVER EVER CONSIDER THEM SHOULD I NEED TO RENT A CAR.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THE COMPANY
