No Communication and constantly being charged

I flew from Cape Town to Durban on 25 December 2013. Upon arrival I received my car from Avis. I was expecting a POLO but got stuck with a Ford FIgo which is apparently an upgrade. When I got the car i noted that there it had some damages already on the car and if I didn't call an Avis agent, he would not have been aware. He did not check the rest of the car thoroughly and just signed the page. Upon returning the car on 01 Jan 2014, the next agent checked the car and noted that there were damages on the front bumper right under the car almost. I noted to him i was not aware of this damage and explained that the previous guy did not check the vehicle properly. I had to sign the document and note that i was not aware. To date I have not received any feedback until I called in this morning complaining of an overcharge to my credit car. I explained to the consultant that three different values have appeared on my statement on in the past month. I asked her for a reference number for the call and she could not provide one. This is really poor service that I'm being charged for the damages that I didn't cause. This is not the first issue I had with Avis, doubt i'll use them again.
