Williams Hunt
Boot spoiler factory fault

Cars & Transport

I wish to lodge a complaint. I bought a brand new Chev Sonic 1.6 Hatch from the dealer above, and my sales person is Vito. I noticed a few weeks after I had received the car that the rubber like material between the boot spoiler and the body was coming off and I quickly alerted my sales person, Vito. It took me numerous calls and emails chasing to have this factory fault attended to. Eventually the job was "done" but then a few weeks later I noticed that the paint work on the "new" spoiler was fading. I took the car in and showed it to Vito and Aaron (Vito's manager) and they both agreed with me that yes indeed the paint work was shocking and below standard. I was told that my complaint will be dealt with whoever was tasked with sourcing the spoiler and having it painted. To date, after 3 weeks, I'm still waiting for someone to come back to me. I must however add that I have done my bit in chasing both Vito and Aaron, via emails and calls made to both of them, but to no avail. I am a terribly frustrated client.
