Mercedes traded my old car in yet didnt settle it

I purchased a car from the Northcliff branch in September. Service from the branch was good. Deal happened around the 7th of September. I traded in my BMW in the deal.
1st of October a debit order went off for the Car I had Traded in. I immediately contact the sales person & he tried to get to the bottom of this. They had not updated my file and the car was not settled, they had debited my account for the car I traded in and now I requested a refund for that
I have been given the run around for the last 3 weeks and as helpful as the salesman in Northcliff tried to be, he seemed to get the run around just as much. Eventually on 21st of October I was able to fetch my cheque from Mercedes for my Debit order.
This experience was Pathetic. Not only did i wait for almost 37 minutes for the cheque to be fetched, when it came it was then spelt incorrectly so I had to wait another 15 Minutes for the new cheque. When I tried to cash the cheque I was told it was non Transferable, that meant another 10 days before it clears.

Really disappointed at this service. I would have expected much better from Mercedes. I cannot believe how much of a 'Don't care they had' and the time it took!
