NO NOT Deal with them as a car dealership

A Mercedes C230 was traded in with Auto Vita in September 2012, the agreement was that they will settle the car's outstanding amount as per the normal deal and give us a small car (that they did). But up to now 29 Jan 13 they did not settle the Mercedes and the small car that they traded in the deal is still on the previous owner's name and we are battling to get these papers from them and after several mails, phone calls, threats of legal action and visits they still do not honour the deal. They also ignore your calls and then when you start pressuring them Gerhard puts the phone down in your ear or Wilsey does not even answer your calls. PLEASE under no circumstances deal with them they are not reliable and they do not honour any agreements.
