BAD SERVICE

This is not the first time I am writing a complaint about Mercedes Northcliff and now Rosebank is included. My husband has a Mercedes Benz and was looking to upgrade so he was perusing the internet and expressed interest in 2 vehicles 1 from Northcliff and the other from Rosebank . the first call he received -2weeks ago whilst he was driving and asked the consultant to give him a call the next day, well he is still waiting (SALES MUST BE FANTASTIC!) he then received a call the next day at about 6.30 in the morning and as he was getting ready for work asked the consultant to phone him at 9.30 NO CALL??? both of these 2 weeks ago.

Is this the service we have come to expect? I must add that Mercedes Benz Constania Kloof have only given my husband excellent service, which may be the only reason he has stayed with Mercedes Benz.
