I have tried to contact this department on 5 occasions. On each call I have had to wait in excess of 12 minutes and the longest wait being 20 minutes. Secondly I have requested a simple debit order change and have yet to get a response despite the promises get back to me.
I would appreciate it if someone in the organization would respond to me urgently on this matter.
