Vechile sold under falls pretences

I bought a 2nd hand Mazda 3 with about 16800km from Gerard at Danrick Auto at the end of July 2013. Gerard garaunteed me that the car is 100% in a good condition and that it has ne ver been in a accident. I bought the vechile but after about 2 months I took a long trip and the ewngine heated up. I took the car to Novel Ford who after daignoses found that thecar was prevuoisly in a accident and that there was alredy been repairs done on the cooling sytem which has a direct result for what is wrong with the ewngine now. Ford qouted me N$7100.00 to repair the engine. I went to se the manager Mr. Wahl who seems verry unhelpfull who and seem to want to blame this on me. Note I was promissed and sold a car which was supposed to be in 100% condition. Bmw should take back this car I don't whant it any more, since October I've been without something I pay every month and this is unacceptable. The fact is that I've lost the 4 years warrantee and3 years service garauntee that was on the car when I bought it which was part of the reason why I bought the car as it was a 2012 model. Now I have nothing, I whant another car still this week as I now have to cancle my holiday which altready booked
