Hyundai South Africa
Unpaid traffic fine - 0240520009056168

Cars & Transport

I did a trade-in for my old car to Hyundai Strydom Park. The car was handed in to them on the 20th March 2013. On the 21st March, someone was driving the car and got a traffic fine for R250. As the car was still under my name at the time the incident happened, I got the traffic fine,

I have tried numerous times to get the dealership to pay the ticket with no luck. I have called and emailed even included the principal dealer but I am not getting any joy.
I have been sitting with this ticket since May and notified the dealership then.

The last communication with the dealership was a week back when they acknowledged that they know who the offender was and will forward the ticket to the person but since then I haven't had any feedback except when I sent a mail to ask them of progress and they responded that they still dealing it.
I don't believe that the process can take this long to get the ticket paid, a day is enough time for the paperwork to be done.
This is really annoying especially that I have to constantly remind them to pay the ticket.
There is no decency what so ever from the dealership to respond to mails that have been sent
