I'm raising a dissatisfaction on the handling and feedback I'm getting on the travelling ticket that I cancelled in March. I cancelled the ticket within less than 12hrs of purchase noticing it had a wrong date printed on and spoke to Royston in Bloemfontein!

Ticket is now said to have expired in June that I only noticed on July 31 when I did another of my many walk ins at one of the city to city stations!

I've postponed using this ticket when travelling cos it was causing me time to stand and listen to who should authorize the new ticket for my travelling and used other sources of transport to save time!

One other concern: I've sent an email in May and again resend it on June 2nd seeing it was taking too long inquiring about the said ticket even asked about the validation of it and to this day I never got a response! Now that I'm so concerned about the duration since March I'm told it has expired, nobody said so!
The ticket, like my other travelling is needed and need to use it, can I please have the ticket issued for my travelling and I need to use it for my weekend travelling. Nobody can authorize this and all of the people I attached on the email never responded!
