Traffic fine

I was driving on a old tar road which is not maintained, it has no lines that divid the lanes and no traffic signs.
i was pulled out by a male traffic officer who never introduced himself to me. he gave me a fine of R2000 sayin i was overtaking on the on coming traffic. i dont thik i will be able to pay that fine
