2months 10days - no stock BOYCOTT DHL

Parcel arrived on the 13 th August and proforma taxes of R988.90 were paid same day after already paying USD210 for "express" delivery. All documentation and invoices etc sent through on the 18th for the 1st time-another 7 times thereafter. I have phoned and emailed weekly for feedback as none is forthcoming. DHL apparently had a meeting with customs 2 weeks ago but they must still be in session as no feedback has been given. Losing R6000 is small change for a company that sponsors Western Province, Manchester United, Formula 1 and Fashion Week, but it is crippling my business. I am telling all my suppliers not to use DHL anymore for any of their client's in South Africa. I suggest shipping-will be here in half the time and a fraction of the cost. No urgency at all from DHL and I should sue for false advertising, no EXPRESS whatsoever.
