Unacceptable

My family and I needed urgent roadside assistance. We called AA and after speaking to the call centre agent, i was told that I would receive another call to let us how long they would get to us. After 30 mins, there was no call back from anyone. We had to resort to family members assisting us. This was not the first time that this occurred. Better service is expected from AA. Makes me wonder if I should cancel my membership with them as it seems like I am paying them for nothing.
