Dear sir/madam,
E.A. Dippenaar - 022-832-513 Date joined 12/09/1990.
I have been a member of the AA since 1990. I paid my membership fee very regularly. We needed you only once during this time, because our car just stopped and won't start again, this was still while we were staying in Johannesburg. We later moved to Giyani in the Limpopo, when we had car troubles, no one could assist us.
It is now 2013 - 23 years later still paying regularly. But now I am just very very upset with the treatment that we received when we had a breakdown with our car.
We visited our granddaughter for three weeks in Klerksdorp. We travelled in our bakkie, for the sole purpose that we wanted to collect our two chairs which was looked after by family in Pretoria.
We left Klerksdorp on the morning of the 25th January 2013, travelling to Pretoria. Along the road there were Roadworks and it was chaotic. This caused us to take a detour, and we decided to go over Carltonville on o
