So I call into AA roadside assist to cancel my membership, she then provides me the details to cancel the membership, before ending our call i ask her when was the last time i used the service, and she advises me on the 13 december, what me off was that the last time i used it was january 2013 where i was assist ed with a battery recharge. this lady that assisted me showed no enthusiasm to try and retain my bussiness nor did she sound like she wanted to attempt to further investigate as to why her system reflected i used the service on the date she mentioned. if i knew this was the attitude of staff at the AA i would of cancelled a long time ago.
