Complain about the Multimeadia I bought and fitted

The multimedia was fitted in my new vehicle in June 2003 and latter on I realised that the same equipment was freezing when played. I was promised a new one that will be delivered after two weeks.

According to the Technician, Motor 1 has to replace your Multimedia,

But unfortunately we do not have stock, which could take 2-3 weeks before arrival

I will be notified as soon as we have stock, your name is on the waiting list

This is the followup letter. They put an old radio with rusted mounting bracket. as a replacement.
