I called skynet 3 weeks ago to find out where my Unisa books where. I was advised that they had been delivered and when I told them that they had not been delivered to me they realised that they had delivered my books to the wrong address, I have spoken with numerous people both at Skynet and their thrid party courier Fastway. Whilst on the phone with Aubrey and Gail they tried to blame the wrongful delivery on me stating that I must have given the wrong Address. I have never changed my address it has always been the same address, when speaking with Unisa and Skynet they have confirmed my details on the system as that where I reside.

I was advised on the 8th of February that they had made a mistake and that they would ensure that they retrieved my books from the incorrect address and would have them delivered to me within the week. It is now the 18th of February and to date not one person has bothered to get back to me, as to what is happening with my package and when they will be delivering it.

I find the lack of service absolutely disgusting!!!
I would like to know where my books are and when I will be receiving them. I have a deadline for work that is due!!
