Late Delivery

I have registered over a week ago at Unisa and was advised that my material will be dispached within 5 days. I am still waiting for my study material. I have called SKynet and was referred to 3 different branches, each branch giving me the run around as to where my package is and not one actually telling me when I will receive it and why it has not been delivered as yet.

I called Skynet headoffice, was refered to Elandsfontein and then to Isando

Please advise what the hold up???
I need my material by the end of this week!!!
