I purchased a new vehicle from Mercedes Benz Northcliff, the third one to be more specific. This was about a year ago - Mercedes Vito which is being used for business purposes. The vehicle started troubling about six months ago at which stage I took it onto the dealership for repairs - still under warranty.six months later and now in for the fourth time, the problem is still not fixed. This has cost me lost income for the period and I'm on the verge of losing my contract with my client. In this time I have been afforded no courtesy what so ever. I requested a courtesy vehicle and after the third booking in of the Vito I was offered a sedan (which clearly does not serve the same purpose). Oh by the way, the petrol tank was empty and I was told I won't make it home, I will have to go to the petrol station to fill up! I accepted this car on the presence that I would get an appropriate replacement whilst my vehicle Is being repaired. Weeks later and nothing doing. So the vehicle is still not repaired, and I don't have an appropriate courtesy vehicle. The service manager has not once telephonically nor personally apologized for any inconvenience. I'm in and out daily. So disappointed.
