A couple of weeks ago I had an accident and my insurance (dial direct) paid out and referred me to a Penel beater for my vehicle to be fixed. The vehicle was fixed how ever about 3 weeks after the front spoiler fell off while I was driving and I drove over it. I got terribly damaged. I then called my insurance to complain about the pod job carried out by the penelbeater that they referred me to. I spoke a certain gentlemen he advised me that I should speak to the penelbeater not the insurance as they have done all they were supposed to. I then called the penelbeater and spoke to the owner/ manager and he told me that he will not b held responsible for the damages I must have bumped my car. We urged and finally concluded that I (would bring the car for accessment. When I finally brought the car he still maintained that it was my fault the spoiler. Came off while driving. He didn't want to take responsibility and fix my car properly. I called dial direct again and I spoke to Mr Tumelo Mokoena and told him what had happened. Within a few days my car was fixed properly this time by the same penelbeater. If it was for Mr Mokoena the panelbeater would have gotten away with Murder.
