REFUND FOR INSTALLMENT OF CAR ALREADY TRADED IN

I purchased a vehicle and traded my old vehicle in. Contract was signed already on 20/09/2013 and I recvd a new vehicle and handed in my old car. I was told by the Manager: Mr Colin Gouws that I will have a break of 2 months not paying the vehicle and that I will start paying after 2 months which is in Dec 2013. Amazingly, the installment went off on the 01 October for my old car which was already at Squad Cars dealership. I inquired with Colin Gouws & the Sales Person Benedict Mokoena who promised to reimburse me the installment that went off as they delayed to settle the car & waited for my installment to go off. I followed up with them regarding the refund and they send me from pillar to post. They referred me to Shirley at their Head Office in PTA who did not help in resolving my query. When we discussed the contract, I asked Colin why does the debit order date on 1/11/13 in stead of 01/12/2013, he then said NO DONT WORRY they will deduct it end of Nov, when I called the finance company they said its 01/11/13. This simply says I will nt hv a 2 months break as I paid the inst & now I also hv to pay in Nov. Up to date 17/10/13 I havent got my refund!! Its so bad!!!
