No copy of documents for purchase!!!

I purchased a vehicle from Hyundai Springfield at the end of March. I am paying my second installment this month and was promised a copy of my contract the day after a signed. I've sent numerous emails to the rep Jerome Naidoo and the finance manager Patsy Govender regarding this and they've ignored my request each time.

My agreed installment as discussed with Patsy and Jerome included having tracker installed. This fitment of the tracking unit has not taken place yet the full amount seems to be my monthly bill including tracker. If they can send me a copy of my contract I can see exactly what I am paying for and plan accordingly. It is unfair that we have to follow up this much on something that should have given at the start!!

Everytime I call and ask to speak to the manager they say that he is busy and they dont get him to call me back despite me asking them to do so.

This is really getting frustrating!
Not good business at all!!!
