DHL's bad service

I am appalled by DHL's bad service. I was sent a package via DHL on Friday, 11 October from Gaborone (Botswana) which I was told would arrive in Johannesburg the following day because DHL supposedly has a next delivery service between these cities. After it failled to arrived on Saturday I called DHL and they informed me that they don't deliver over weekends, apologised and assured me that I would recieve it on Monday, 14 October at 08:00. It is now Tuesday, 15 October and I am still waiting.
