Post Office is full of

I've always heard about the post offices poor service but stupidly I still decided to give them a chance. I over night couriered a very urgent parcel with the Post Offices speed service from Durban to Centurion ECO PARK 10 October 2013. My cousin was told that i will receive the parcel the next morning being Friday 11 October 2013. I went to the post office the next day and was given some stupid story about how it hasn't arrived yet. I calmly waited and went there Saturday morning 12 October 2013 and still the same excuse it hasn't arrived and they not working full day blah blah blah it will arrive later. I must come back Monday 14 October 2013. Bare in mind that the reason why i couriered this thing over night is BECAUSE I NEEDED IT OVERNIGHT. I went there Monday, still nothing still being told the same useless excuse that it hasn't arrived and they don't know where it is. I go there again today Tuesday 15 2013, still they telling me that an OVER NIGHT PARCEL still hasn't arrived 4 DAYS LATER.
This is the last time i waste money using the useless post office...
