DHL not delivering

My parcel has been in the clearance department since Wednesday June 19, 2013 and it's still not cleared waybill/tracking number: 9108124970. Apparently the two guys who work with shipment from Botswana and Namibia are not at work so the process can only continue on Monday. I am highly frustrated because I have been calling for two days and have been taken from pillar to post and I am in desperate need of my parcel. I can't get hold of James Rabodiba, Vilasen Chetty and Clinton Nelson. Maybe I don't know the processes in place as this is the first time I use DHL but I don't expect this type of service.
