Shoddy service and no feedback for a week!

I booked my car in and dropped it off Tuesday morning, 22 October 2013.
They lady at reception said they would call to update me once they know what is wrong with car.

NO ONE CALLED.

I CALLED THEM later that day and they advised that the 'what-what' belt is broken and they would need new parts to replace it. They said it would take 2-3 days for the parts to arrive. Again they said they would call and update me.

NO ONE CALLED.

I CALLED THEM Friday afternoon, 25 October 2013, I was sent from pillar to post until I spoke to a 'Clint, who didn't know about the car but would call me in 10 minutes to check on it. I gave him the car details.

NO ONE CALLED.

I went to the dealership yesterday Monday morning, 29 October 2013. Spoke to Jacques, he advised that the parts should arrive on the day and called a mechanic. I waited until someone came and explained what is the problem with the car. He said he would call when the parts arrive.

NO ONE CALLED

I CALLED THEM later and the same mechanic said the parts arrived but he was busy with another car and he would fix my car the next day.

Today I CALL THEM now and he tells me he's only busy with it now

What incompetent and shoddy service!
